Setting daily intentions for ourselves and our loved ones allows us to be mindful about our mental, emotional and physical self. It is a way of thinking that focuses your mind to create positive thoughts and help guide your actions as you move through the day.

This double sided board comprises of a 'Today I Am' intention side and a 'Mandala grid' intention setting side.

The 'Today I am' board can be used to set an emotional intention for the day. Just like our potion making kits, the board is designed for you to create your own 'Intention Potion' for the day. 

The Mandala grid is an incredibly powerful and a beautiful way to manifest your dreams, goals and intentions. The circular designs symbolise the idea that life is never ending and everything is connected. There are really no hard rules when it comes to a mandala grid, it’s best to use your own intuition and be guided by your thoughts and creativity. The possibilities are endless.

IMPORTANT: We encourage adult supervision while playing with this board, helping children to find the answers they are seeking. These boards are recommended for ages 3+, with the younger ones requiring adult help with reading and understanding. This board contains small parts which may be a choking hazard for kids under the age of 3. Please take care around small children.
